When Sam founded Dellcon, he set out to build a consultancy that would offer something the market was missing — genuine, senior-level expertise, without the overhead and politics of a large firm.

Sam's background spans transport infrastructure, three waters, and land development, with hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle. That depth of experience is what Dellcon is built on. We work with councils, developers, consultants, and contractors across New Zealand, stepping in where experienced leadership is needed most. Whether it's de-risking a complex programme, strengthening cost control, or improving delivery outcomes, we bring the kind of calm, practical expertise that gets projects back on track.
