75 Kayelene Place is a 100-lot residential development delivered for the New Zealand Housing Foundation.

The project encompassed the full detailed design of the development through to construction completion, including construction setout, settlement monitoring, procurement, construction monitoring, contract administration, and as-built and Land Transfer Survey. The project required close coordination between the local council, utility companies, designers, the client, and contractors.
